1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Qazivo Biotech (OPC) Private Limited ("Qazivo", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit qazivo.com or contact us through it. It does not yet cover any product, app, or e-commerce checkout — Qazivo does not currently sell products online.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us, mainly through the Contact form and direct email: Contact form — name, email address, phone number, country, the category of your enquiry, and the message content. Direct email — whatever you include when you write to us. Anything collected automatically through cookies is covered separately below.
3. Cookies & similar technologies
When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose Accept all, Only necessary, or Decline. Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage runs before you choose, and your choice is remembered so you're not asked again — you can change it any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.

4. How we use what we collect
Contact-form and email information is used solely to respond to your enquiry — whether that's a partnership conversation, an investor request, a media query, or a job enquiry. Analytics and marketing data (only if you've consented) is used in aggregate to understand site usage and ad performance. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
5. Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox via a third-party form-processing service, which handles the message in transit before it reaches us. Analytics and marketing data, where consented to, is processed by Google and Meta respectively under their own terms. We choose providers that are reputable and widely used for these purposes, but you should assume information passes through their infrastructure as well as our own.
6. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of business communications — typically no longer than a few years unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or ongoing-relationship reasons. Cookie consent choices are remembered in your browser until you clear your storage or change your choice.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to legal@qazivo.com. You can withdraw analytics/marketing consent at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights — we will respond to any request in good faith and within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted to us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
This website is directed at businesses, partners, investors, and prospective employees, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the company and its products grow — particularly once Qazivo begins selling products directly. The "last drafted" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
