Privacy Policy
Effective from the date this site goes live. Last drafted: September 2026.
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Qazivo Biotech (OPC) Private Limited ("Qazivo", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit qazivo.com or contact us through it. It does not yet cover any product, app, or e-commerce checkout — Qazivo does not currently sell products online.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us, mainly through the Contact form and direct email: Contact form — name, email address, phone number, country, the category of your enquiry, and the message content. Direct email — whatever you include when you write to us. Anything collected automatically through cookies is covered separately below.
3. Cookies & similar technologies
When you first visit, a banner asks you to choose Accept all, Only necessary, or Decline. Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage runs before you choose, and your choice is remembered so you're not asked again — you can change it any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.
| Category | What it's for | Runs when |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Remembering your cookie choice itself, and basic site functions. No third-party tracking. | Always — there's nothing to opt out of here, as it doesn't identify you. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics (GA4) — pages viewed, general location (country/city level), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site. Helps us understand what's working. Not combined with your contact-form data. | Only if you choose "Accept all." |
| Marketing | Tools such as Meta Pixel, used to measure and improve the relevance of our ads. May involve Meta and similar platforms receiving anonymised interaction data. | Only if you choose "Accept all." |
Where Google Analytics runs, see Google's own Privacy Policy; where Meta Pixel runs, see Meta's Privacy Policy. You can also block cookies generally through your browser settings, independent of the choice you make here.
4. How we use what we collect
Contact-form and email information is used solely to respond to your enquiry — whether that's a partnership conversation, an investor request, a media query, or a job enquiry. Analytics and marketing data (only if you've consented) is used in aggregate to understand site usage and ad performance. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
5. Payment information (Vantage pre-orders)
If you reserve a Vantage pre-order, your payment is handled entirely by Razorpay or Stripe (whichever you choose) on their own hosted payment page. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, or other payment credentials. What we do receive from the payment provider, to confirm and fulfil your reservation, is your name, email, phone number (where provided), and the amount and pack size you paid for. See Razorpay's and Stripe's own privacy policies for how they handle payment data directly.
6. Who processes it
Contact form submissions are sent directly from this website's own server to our inbox — no third-party form-processing service is used to handle your message. Analytics and marketing data, where consented to, is processed by Google and Meta respectively under their own terms. Payment data for a Vantage reservation is processed by Razorpay or Stripe under their own terms, as described in Section 5. You should assume that data passes through the relevant provider's infrastructure as well as our own in each of these cases.
7. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence and Vantage reservation records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, fulfil or refund your order, and maintain a record of business communications — typically no longer than a few years unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or ongoing-relationship reasons. Cookie consent choices are remembered in your browser until you clear your storage or change your choice.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to legal@qazivo.com. You can withdraw analytics/marketing consent at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights — we will respond to any request in good faith and within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted to us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
This website is directed at businesses, partners, investors, and prospective employees, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the company and its products grow. The "last drafted" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
12. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to legal@qazivo.com or our registered office in New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
