1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing qazivo.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Section 8 below covers pre-order reservations made through the Site specifically; everything else in these terms applies to the Site generally.

2. About Qazivo

The Site is operated by Qazivo Biotech (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, with its registered office in New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal.

3. Use of the site

You may browse the Site and use the contact form for legitimate business, partnership, investment, media, or employment enquiries. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting false or malicious information through our forms, or using the Site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

4. Intellectual property

The Qazivo name, the Qazivo monogram and wordmark, and the content, layout, and design of this Site are the property of Qazivo Biotech (OPC) Private Limited unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

5. No offer, no medical advice

Except for the Vantage pre-order reservation described in Section 8, nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell any product, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or investment advice. Categories described on the Products page are formulations in development, not products currently available for purchase. Nothing on this Site is medical advice; see our Disclaimer for more detail.

6. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on this Site accurate and current, particularly on the Investors page, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or continuously updated. Corporate, regulatory, and pipeline information should be independently verified before being relied upon for any material decision.

7. Third-party links

This Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site we link to.

8. Pre-order sales (Vantage)

The Vantage page offers a pre-order reservation, not a sale of stock on hand. Payment is collected in full at the time of reservation, through Razorpay or Stripe, and secures a place in the first production run at the price shown. Vantage ships only once it clears the formulation and batch-testing process on our Science & Quality page; no fixed ship date is guaranteed. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms for any pre-order reservation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qazivo Biotech (OPC) Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the company grows. The "last drafted" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
